8 Skin Care Habits That's Making Your Acne Much Worse

Foods and drinks like soda, fried foods, and chocolate can cause acne. Eating dairy products can also make acne worse. If you eat these foods, do it in moderation, and your acne is likely to improve.



7. Sharing makeup tools


Even if you solely use non-comedogenic cosmetics, sharing it might cause pimples. Acne is not infectious, but when you share cosmetics, brushes, or applicators, acne-causing bacteria, oil, and dead skin cells from other people's skin can end up in your makeup.
